Boxers Anthony Joshua and Alexandr Povetkin held the first face-to-face meeting in New York, but not everything went well for the organizers.
When the two boxers were face to face, another boxer of this category, Jarrell Miller, was on stage, who started debating with British Joshua. The latter has left Povetkin, to whom he will fight on September 22nd and has been attacked by Miller, where there were no insults and threats.
“People talk about me, they see me struggling with rivals again to talk. The titles I have protected in the ring, there I expect all rivals and I do not tolerate such things happening outside the ring. Defending my position, that’s what boxers do, “said Joshua, unbeaten in the ring. “There will always be someone who will bet me, but with a kick they end up badly,” said the British boxer during the presentation of the duel with Povetkin, to be held at Wembley on September 22nd.
Miller is a New York boxer, unbeaten in the ring (22 wins of a career draw) wearing sunglasses when he faced Joshua on stage. Currently he is ranked third in the IBF and WBA categories, being a candidate for Joshua in the future. “I whispered in the jacket and invited him to duel together. I’m not the place, I’m ready to show the place at Wembley, Miller said./Flashsport24
