Seamus Coleman has been called up by the Republic of Ireland

Everton’s defender has returned to the Republic of Ireland since suffering a leg fracture in March.

The defender, who has participated in three matches of Everton since recovering from the injury, has taken an invitation to be part of the Republic of Ireland for the friendly game that will be played against Turkey.

The Football Association of Ireland welcomed their captain that was returning to the team after a long time from the injury in a statement released via Twitter.

The trainer of Ireland, Martin O’Neill has invited also five other players returning from injuries: Declan Rice, Kieran O’Hara, Enda Stevens, Darragh Lenihan and Derrick Williams

They will travel to Antalya to face Turkey on March 23.
