Arsene Wenger has put an end to the 22-year-old adventure in running the Premier League giants Arsenal.
The French technician through a statement confirmed his departure from “Emirates Stadium” at the end of the season. He joined the “Gunners” in 1996 , where he has won several trophies.
Arsene Wenger will resign at the end of the season after 22 years at the club. The 68-year-old has taken the decision to leave before Sunday’s match to be played against West Ham.
In a statement posted on the club’s official website, Wenger confirmed the club’s resignation at the end of the season.

“After discussions with club leaders, I think the right time for me is to get away at the end of the season. I feel grateful that I had the privilege of serving the club for many unforgettable years. I worked with this club with full commitment and integrity. I want to thank the staff, the players, the leaders and the fans who make this club so special.
I call on our fans to continue to support the team to finish the season at a high level. All Arsenal lovers to look after the values of the club.
